How do I create an account?
Download the EphyChat app from your device's app store, open it, and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide a username and verify your email address to get started.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes! EphyChat uses end-to-end encryption to ensure your messages are secure. Only you and the intended recipient can read your messages. We don't store your messages on our servers, and we can't access your conversations.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or by visiting our account deletion page. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
The app is crashing or not working properly
Try restarting the app first. If the problem persists, try logging out and logging back in. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact our support team with details about your device and the specific problem.
How do I report inappropriate content or users?
You can report users or content directly in the app by tapping the three dots menu in a conversation and selecting "Report". You can also email us at support@ephychat.com with details about the issue.
Can I use EphyChat on multiple devices?
Yes! You can use EphyChat on multiple devices by logging in with the same account.
